MASTERCLASS INSTITUCIONES BÁSICAS DEL ESTADO

El próximo día 25 de junio de 2022 de 10.00 a 14.00 horas, en el Hotel Barceló Málaga tendrá lugar una MasterClass impartida por Rafael Alcalde, dirigida a aquellos que estén interesados en conocer y comprender las Instituciones Básicas del Estado.

En la misma se tratarán, como temas principales, la organización y funcionamiento de los tres Poderes Básicos del Estado:

Poder Legislativo, representado por las Cortes Generales, Congreso y Senado, donde se expondrá su composición, su régimen de funcionamiento y sus competencias, tales como la elaboración de las leyes.

Poder Ejecutivo, constituido por el Gobierno y la Administración, analizando su composición: Presidente del Gobierno, Consejo de Ministros y Administración General del Estado (Central y territorial del Estado).

Poder Judicial, ejercicio de la potestad jurisdiccional por Juzgados y Tribunales, tales como: Tribunal Supremo, Audiencia Nacional, Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Juzgados unipersonales, carrera Judicial y funcionarios de Administración de Justicia.

Así como, los Órganos Constitucionales:

Tribunal Constitucional y Consejo General del Poder Judicial, composición, renovación y competencias.
